Lap Dog

At just 5 months of age it is obvious new South Pork Ranch inhabitant, Ashland, has outgrown the possibility of regular lap dog. With his 3/4 German Shepard and 1/4 Husky genetics he runs around the house like TWO bulls in a china shop. His favorite "snack" is the 5 year old GK's lego's. He also chewed off the back of my good Wellies brought back from County Clare in January and THAT almost got him kicked outside for good.

  1. Oh my gosh is he darling!! I just love him! I know they are horrible when they are little but with time we know he will grow up lol well you know what I mean. But you can ship him off my way if you want, although I know you would never part with him.

I see a Mother Earth magazine there, we used to read that years ago, maybe 20 years ago whew where does time go? But I haven't seen that magazine in years and it was good to see it :)

  3. Now that's some kind of a big dawg...and he's under six months old? Good grief Donna - you're raising up a wooly mammoth. He's wonderful. Look at the size of those paws.

  4. I see you've got some more loonies, above!

Yes, dogs of 5 months will eat anything. And both of mine of 2 years still do!

  6. They can be so cute yet so destructive at that age. I think my Umbra's record was at least one of each pair of my trouser socks, a brand new dress and his greatest feat was pulling the curtain rod off the wall and getting one panel off of it and destroying it. The curtain he managed to do while he was in his crate. Good luck
