Shade hogs

Shade can be a bit limited here as the sun hits high noon. But pigs being the smart critters they are have learned to adapt.


Trust me. Their relationship is truly platonic.

      Over the years here many more trees have grown, plus the hutches themselves provide shade inside and out and so "getting it" has become less the struggle for all concerned.

    They look so content! I just got my first pig! I couldn't find Red Wattles but ended up with an American Guinea Hog. I'm desperately looking for a mate for him, but enjoying him tremendously!
